As the first in-house Marketing Manager at Celery to spearhead our marketing initiatives in North America. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance strategic planning with execution. You will play a critical role in co-building and executing our marketing plans to drive demand, engagement, and sales pipeline. You will work directly with the CMO and CEO.
This is a hands-on role with significant potential for personal and professional growth.
🎯 Responsibilities and Impact
- Develop, manage and execute Celery’s content strategy to generate, engage and nurture prospects and clients.
- Design, build, and optimize the email marketing strategy to maximize key results at every stage of the funnel.
- Manage influencer relationships and partner marketing activities.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize our website, landing pages and any marketing content for partnerships and social media.
- End-to-end execution of the company’s event and field marketing strategyÂ
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure best-in-class messaging, content, and training.
🛠Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, with focus on content marketing in SaaS.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in early-stage startup environments
- Product storytelling and messaging capabilities
- Experience building marketing assets from scratch
- Data-driven approach and growth hacking mindset
- Self-starter mentality with excellent prioritization skills
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot) - a plus
- Knowledge of the financial industry and financial automation solutions - a plus.
